Gary Upton

Gary Upton is a seasoned IT leader with a strong background in enhancing business capabilities, currently serving as the Senior Director of IT at Sage Automotive Interiors since November 2015. Upton has contributed to the Information Technology & Innovation Committee of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce from November 2017 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Consulting Operations Director at Intellinet and Manager of Global Business Applications at Electrolux, where Upton oversaw diverse technology teams and developed strategic IT solutions. Earlier career positions include I/T Solutions Architect at IBM and Senior Consultant at Daugherty Business Solutions, with a foundational role as a Senior Software Developer at INPO.
