Xindi Guo has a strong background in bioinformatics and research. They have worked at Sage Bionetworks since 2016, starting as a Research Intern and progressing to various roles such as Research Associate and Senior Bioinformatics Engineer. At Sage Bionetworks, they processed and loaded omics datasets, developed new services for omics data, and created R Shiny applications. Prior to that, Xindi Guo worked at DatStat as a Technical Specialist, where they developed customized solutions for clients and participated in the design and testing of research management systems. They also have experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Raskind Lab, where they analyzed gene expression data, conducted gene relationship analysis for Alzheimer's family trees, and identified a suspected mutation related to Alzheimer's disease.
