Sonia Chheda Dmd

Sonia Chheda, DMD has a diverse work experience in the dental field. Sonia currently holds the position of Dental Director, Practice & Clinical Integrations at Sage Dental, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked for Great Expressions Dental Centers as a Senior Dentist from August 2018 to January 2023. Sonia also served as a Resident Dentist at NYU Lutheran from July 2017 to July 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Research Assistant in Neuroscience at the University of South Florida from June 2010 to 2011.

Sonia Chheda, DMD, completed their Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology, with a minor in Visual Arts, from Emory University between 2009 and 2013. In 2023-2024, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Healthcare Analytics at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.

Sonia Chheda also holds various additional certifications. Sonia became a Trios Certified Implementation Specialist through 3Shape in May 2023 and obtained certification in Clear Correct from ClearCorrect in April 2023. In February 2021, they received training in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Additionally, in May 2018, they obtained certification in Invisalign from Align Technology.
