With extensive experience at Compass Group USA, Ashley held roles including Division Vice President and Regional Vice President for both the West and Southeast Regions. Additional experience includes serving as Senior National Account Executive and Regional Manager for Branded Solutions at Starbucks. Ashley is also the Owner and President of Sales and Operations at BACKCOUNTRY CROSSFIT CORPORATION.
