Lauren Harshaw

Lauren Harshaw has a range of culinary experience, starting as a Line Cook at Pinehurst Resort in 2007 before becoming a Garde Manger Chef at St. Ives Country Club in 2012. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Chef Tournant at Cherokee Town and Country Club, and from 2010 to 2015, they served as a Line Cook at Eastlake Golf Club. Their most recent position was at SAGE Dining Services, where they started as a Lead Chef in 2015 and eventually became the Assistant Director and Director of Operations.
