Lauren Harshaw has a range of culinary experience, starting as a Line Cook at Pinehurst Resort in 2007 before becoming a Garde Manger Chef at St. Ives Country Club in 2012. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Chef Tournant at Cherokee Town and Country Club, and from 2010 to 2015, they served as a Line Cook at Eastlake Golf Club. Their most recent position was at SAGE Dining Services, where they started as a Lead Chef in 2015 and eventually became the Assistant Director and Director of Operations. In this role, they wrote and executed menus for various events and followed the company's mission statement for successful catering.
From 2007 to 2008, Lauren Harshaw attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Atlanta, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
