Marissa Hollmann-Butz, MSW, LCSW, CMC, has extensive experience in social work, particularly in geriatric care and support for individuals with dementia. Currently serving as the Care Management Services and Operations Manager at Sage Eldercare Solutions since February 2020, Marissa previously held the position of Director of Resident and Family Services at Silverado, where responsibilities included crisis intervention and care coordination for dementia patients. Additional roles include a Medical Social Work Intern at LightBridge Hospice and Palliative Care, where collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and grant writing were key tasks, as well as a background in legal advocacy for domestic violence survivors. Marissa holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University.
