Andrew Shults

Andrew Shults currently serves as the Director of Pricing Strategies at Sage Freight since May 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Flexport, including Senior Account Executive and Enterprise Account Manager from December 2023 to April 2025, and at Convoy Inc., where responsibilities included Director of Network and Deal Strategy and Senior Account Manager. Andrew has a strong background in managing enterprise shipper networks, driving down costs, and enhancing profitability. Earlier in Andrew’s career, significant roles at Enterprise Truck Rental involved overseeing the Truck Rental Division for the Heartland Group and managing multiple locations across the Greater Los Angeles area. Andrew began in the industry at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where roles included Branch Rental Manager and Management Trainee. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine in 2005.
