Lucian Smithers

Lucian Smithers is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Sage Housing since April 2021, where responsibilities include creating customer experiences and implementing ESG strategies. As a co-owner of Mungo and Bear since August 2020, Lucian collaborates with business leaders to enhance brand, marketing, product design, and ESG initiatives. Prior positions include Director of Sales and Marketing at Pocket, and various director roles at BSkyB, overseeing marketing and brand communication for multiple content products. Earlier experience includes account management at St.Lukes Communications and DMB&B, as well as an analyst role at Fleming Asset Management. Lucian holds a degree in Geography and Financial Markets from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and completed an educational program at London Business School in 2013.
