Shane Wilmshurst

Shane Wilmshurst is a finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director - Group Financial Control and Group Financial Controller at Sage Homes since August 2020, Shane has successfully built a Financial Control team to support the scaling of operations. Prior to Sage Homes, Shane was the EMEA Finance Director (Mat Cover) at lululemon, facilitating growth in Europe's market. Earlier roles include Head of Group Finance at Arcadia Group Ltd, where management of a 10-person team and comprehensive reporting were key responsibilities, as well as European Financial Controller at Kit and Ace, European Finance Manager at Urban Outfitters, and Group Financial Accountant at Ted Baker, where a wide range of financial tasks were handled. Shane's career began as a Management Accountant at Associated Press and is supported by a BA Hons in Management Studies with a Finance specialization from the University of Leicester and ongoing membership with The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
