Barbara Harris, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Sage Hospitality Group since December 2021, Barbara previously held key positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Kärcher North America Inc., and Human Resources Manager at Red Dot Storage. With a career foundation beginning in customer service and administrative roles, Barbara has progressively transitioned into Human Resources, providing consulting services and managing HR operations at Turning the Corner, LLC, and Thunder Mountain, Inc. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Arts from Front Range Community College.
