Chelsea Flaming

Chelsea Flaming, M.Ed, CPC, serves as the Senior Director of Organizational Development at Sage Hospitality Group since November 2018, having previously held the position of Director of Talent Management. In this role, Chelsea leads the Talent Management function, implementing development programs that enhance organizational and employee effectiveness for a workforce exceeding 6,000 individuals. Prior experience includes serving as Learning & Development Manager at George K. Baum & Company, where Chelsea launched and managed the learning and development function across over 20 locations nationwide, and as Talent & Organizational Development Program Manager at Terumo BCT, focusing on designing talent development solutions for a global workforce. Chelsea holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, and certifications as a Certified Professional Coach and in Facilitating Career Development.
