James Junge

James Junge is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations at Sage Hospitality Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, James was the Culinary Director at Brinkerhoff Hospitality from April 2018 to January 2023, where a strong emphasis was placed on integrity and servant leadership to foster employee loyalty. James' experience with Hillstone Restaurant Group spanned multiple locations and roles from 2008 to 2018, including Culinary Manager and Chef, overseeing kitchen operations, staff training, hiring, and quality management at high-volume and fine dining establishments. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Napa Valley College Culinary School and earning a Culinary Certificate along with a Pastry Certification.
