Jan Lucas

Jan Lucas is Vice President, Sourcing & Strategic Partnerships for Sage Hotel Management and definitely a morning person. Jan is responsible for harnessing Sage Hospitality Group’s significant buying power across all four companies – Sage Hotel Management, Sage Restaurant Concepts, Sage Studio and Sage Investments – to identify strategic procurement partnership opportunities and drive greater efficiencies across the board.

Jan has nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and joined Sage in 2003. She has held several general manager positions with Marriott International and Sage Hospitality Group in the Denver area. From 2008 to 2012 she served as the Divisional Vice President for Sage’s former Premier & Lifestyle division overseeing branded and independent hotels. Before returning to Sage’s Global Office, Jan was General Manager of the JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek.

She spends a lot of her free time in leadership positions supporting her community including serving on the board for the Cherry Creek North BID, acting as Chairman of the Cherry Creek North BID Marketing Committee and is on the board of the Girl Scouts of Colorado.
