Kristen Lindgren is a seasoned leader in sales and marketing operations with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing Operations at Sage Hospitality Group since July 2014, Kristen provides strategic support to a portfolio of hotels, ensuring financial and operational success. Previous roles include Task Force Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales and Marketing at the Renaissance Blackstone Chicago Hotel, where Kristen led teams and managed all departmental functions. Prior to Sage Hospitality, Kristen held various positions at Marriott International, including Group and Catering Sales Leader and Training Manager, demonstrating a strong background in sales processes and team development. Earlier career experiences include roles in human resources, program coordination, and child support enforcement, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Eastern Illinois University.
