Brandyn Nelson

Brandyn Nelson has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Intervention Math Teacher at Sage Oak Charter Schools since August 2023. Previously, Brandyn worked as a Mathematics Teacher at San Dieguito Union High School District from February 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that role, Brandyn held the position of Operations Manager at Positioning Collective from August 2021 to November 2022. Brandyn's long-term commitment to education began at LGUSD, where the role included Math and Computer Teacher, Math Department Chair, and Placement Coordinator from November 2007 to August 2021. Brandyn started a teaching career as a Math Teacher at Price Middle School from August 1997 to June 2000. Brandyn earned a degree in Mathematics from San Diego State University-California State University, completing studies from 1992 to 1996.
