Zuleima De La Cruz has over eight years of work experience in a variety of roles. Zuleima began their career in 2013 as a Food Server at El Torito. In 2018, they became an Economic Development Intern at the City of Temecula, where they were responsible for answering multiple calls and directing callers to the right resource, building summer programs, and supporting Senior Management Analyst. In 2019, they moved to the City of Menifee to become an Economic Development Intern, where they booked meetings, answered multiple phone lines, and worked to expand the city of Menifee. In 2021, they joined the County of Riverside as a Human Resource Assistant TAP, where they conducted and reviewed cases for FMLA audits, reviewed packets to determine if applicants meet the standards for approval for FMLA, CFRA, or PLA, and answered questions over the phone, email, and fax. Also in 2021, Zuleima joined Sage Oak Charter Schools as a Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Clerk.
Zuleima De La Cruz attended Mt. San Jacinto College from 2012 to 2019, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Legal Assitant. Zuleima also obtained a Communications degree from the same school between 2012 and 2018, with a focus on Legal Assistant/Paralegal. In 2019, they graduated from California State University-San Bernardino with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Human and Organization.
