Alex Brott is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sales and management. As the Founder of Brott&Co and a Salesperson at Sage Real Estate since January 2017, Alex has displayed entrepreneurial leadership in the industry. Prior roles include serving as Sr. Vice President of Sales at Sotheby's International Realty from April 2015 to December 2016, and as a Sales Representative with Keller Williams Referred Realty and Graydon Hill Realty between 2008 and 2015. Additional experience includes a position as Project Manager in Sponsorship at S.L. Feldman & Associates from 2005 to 2007. Alex received education at Hillfield.

We are an innovative boutique Toronto real estate brokerage that specializes in digital marketing. We do all that other stuff (feature sheets, post cards…) that the other brokerages do in Toronto but where we stand alone is in our incredible capacity to market a listing online where 90% of the buyers are looking. Sage Real Estate sees the role it plays just a little differently than other Toronto brokerages. It does not propose to dramatically change the way that salespeople currently transact residential real estate in Toronto but it does propose to modernize the brokerage’s role in the process. Sage Real Estate collaborates with its agents and provides the support systems and technological infrastructure necessary to make them significantly more productive. This increased productivity allows the agents to spend more time on higher gain activities, such as deepening their existing client relationships and establishing new ones. No matter how much new technology gets introduced, real estate is certain to remain a relationship business.
