Aaron Koralek is a seasoned computational neuroscientist currently employed at Sage Therapeutics since December 2021. Prior to this role, Aaron served as a postdoctoral research fellow at Columbia University from January 2018 to November 2021 and at the Champalimaud Foundation from July 2014 to January 2018, both within the laboratory of Rui Costa. Aaron's academic journey includes a PhD in Neuroscience and a Designated Emphasis in Computational Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where studies were conducted from 2008 to 2014. This educational path was preceded by a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology and a Certificate in Neuroscience from Princeton University, completed in 2006. Aaron's earlier research experience includes positions as a research assistant at University of California, Berkeley and Princeton University.
