Anne Marie Cook

Anne Marie Cook is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at SAGE Therapeutics since September 2015, Cook previously held similar positions at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals and ViaCell. Prior to these roles, Cook was a Partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart and a Principal at Miller Canfield. Cook has a strong foundation in corporate law, having served as Chief Corporate Counsel at Biogen Idec from 1992 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tufts University.
