Deb Glancy

Deb Glancy, PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Sage Therapeutics, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Director of Clinical Compliance at Sage Therapeutics from September 2018 to July 2023.

Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Corporate QA Training Manager at Millennium Pharmaceuticals from July 2001 to February 2005. Deb started their professional career as an Instructional Designer at Domain Pharma in 2000.
