Dhara Moro, CPA, CFE has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance and forensic services. Dhara currently holds the position of Director, Compliance Partnership & Operations at Sage Therapeutics, a role they have been in since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director, Compliance Operations at the same company from August 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining Sage Therapeutics, Dhara worked as a Senior Manager, Compliance at Acceleron Pharma from May 2020 to August 2021. Dhara then returned to Sage Therapeutics and held the position of Senior Manager, Compliance Excellence & Operations from November 2019 to April 2020, followed by the role of Manager, Compliance Operations & Monitoring from April 2019 to October 2019.

Dhara's early career was spent at EY, where they gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant in the Forensic & Integrity Services division from October 2017 to March 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Consultant in the same division from September 2015 to October 2017.

Dhara Moro, CPA, CFE completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance at the Boston College Carroll School of Management, from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their undergraduate education, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in May 2017 from the Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy. Later, in December 2017, they also obtained the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
