Margaret Duggan has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Margaret began their career as a Manager Library Information Research Centre at Gartner, Inc., where they managed library operations and provided research services. Margaret then worked at the American Textile History Museum as a Cataloguer, inventorying and cataloging the library's collection.

Margaret also worked at PAREXEL International as an Information Research Specialist, conducting research and managing technical services operations within the library. Margaret then joined Ernst & Young (Infocurrent/Corestaff) as a Resource Curation Associate, collaborating on taxonomy refinement and SharePoint updates.
