Rebecca Coleman

Rebecca Coleman, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rebecca most recently worked at Sage Therapeutics starting in 2016, where they held various positions. As the Associate Director of Digital & Enterprise Capabilities Operations, they led projects aimed at improving processes and operations. Rebecca also analyzed and drove operational efficiencies to enhance the operating model. Prior to this, Rebecca was the DEC Operations Manager and Platform Owner, where they managed the ServiceNow platform and team, implemented projects to improve processes and systems, and analyzed platform performance. Before joining Sage Therapeutics, Rebecca worked as a ServiceNow Administrator, Senior Coordinator of Information Technologies, IT Administrator, and Administrative Assistant in various organizations. In these roles, they handled tasks such as developing solutions, managing service agreements and maintenance contracts, tracking department assets, and providing user training programs. Rebecca also interned at the Buffalo Bisons, where they were involved in entertainment and promotions, and at Time Warner Cable as a media intern. Rebecca Coleman, PMP, has a Master's of Science degree in Athletic Administration from SUNY Brockport, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications-Public Relations at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2012.
