Maneil Padayachy

Maneil Padayachy has extensive experience in software engineering and project management, currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Sage since November 2015, where responsibilities include breaking down projects, working with product owners on requirements, and managing performance reviews and adjustments. Prior to this role, Maneil held multiple positions at Shandon Business Solutions from December 2008 to November 2015, including Technical Team Lead of International Compliance and Senior Software Developer, as well as serving as a Team Leader for SarsEfiling.co.za. Maneil's career began with a developer role at MTN-APPLOGIX in 2008. Maneil obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Web and Application Development from Tshwane University of Technology from 2000 to 2004.
