Nicole Rasola

Nicole Rasola is a Senior UX Researcher at Sage since January 2023, focusing on various aspects of UX including research, strategy, coaching, and project leadership. Previously, Nicole worked as a User Researcher at Algolia, where qualitative research explored user behaviors and motivations. Nicole also served as the Consumer Insights & UX Research Manager at Ledger, translating user needs into business opportunities and managing UX studies to enhance consumer experiences. Additional roles include Customer Support Lead at Ledger, Customer Support Manager for Gobee.bike in Italy, and Bilingual User Relation Expert at BlaBlaCar. Nicole's early career involved research in Cognitive Science at Institut Jean-Nicod and event management with Top Service Tourist Service GmbH. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Science of Communication from Università degli studi Roma TRE and a UX certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group.
