Shamila Jimmy is an accomplished Test Team Lead at Sage since November 2017, responsible for managing performance and career development of test engineers across multiple teams, implementing continuous improvement in testing processes, and overseeing test execution and defect management for software releases. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Software Test Analyst at Experian, Software Test Lead at JSE, and Senior Test Analyst at Debswana, where skills in Agile SCRUM processes, test planning, execution, and defect management were honed. Shamila holds a National Diploma in I.T, Computer and Information Systems Assurance from Durban University of Technology.
