Tom Kimmel

Tom Kimmel currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations for North America at Sage, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on utilizing data and customer feedback to generate insights regarding demand drivers and customer effort. Prior to this role, Tom was the Owner and Principal Consultant at TLK Consulting, specializing in educational services and enablement strategies for a diverse range of clients, from small to mid-sized businesses and enterprises. Tom's prior experience includes serving as Vice President of PTCU - Americas at PTC, overseeing the sales and delivery of educational products, as well as a lengthy tenure at Kronos, where Tom advanced through various leadership roles, ultimately becoming Senior Director of Global Enablement, responsible for all facets of services across the Eastern US. Tom Kimmel holds a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
