Dennis Darling

Dennis Darling is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Director at Sagehall since January 2025. Previously, Dennis held the role of Principal in Real Estate Development at Macy's, overseeing the monetization of a substantial real estate portfolio. Prior to that, Dennis was Vice President of Real Estate - Acquisitions & Asset Management at Hudson's Bay Company, managing a significant portfolio of 40 million square feet. Dennis also served as Director and Associate in similar roles at NRDC Equity Partners and began in the industry as an Analyst at JDM Capital Corp. Academically, Dennis holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University.
