Crystal Ma is currently serving as an Associate Consultant at SOURCE Nonprofit Consulting and a Senior Consumer Analyst at Sagehen Capital Management. Previously, Crystal held positions such as VP of Innovations at Claremont Women in Business and ECL Advisor at Crimson Education. Crystal has a background in financial accounting, with experience as a Financial Accounting Intern at MO Med Spa, where Crystal worked on analyzing operational structures and creating financial statements. Crystal is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Finance at The Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna College.
