Nicole Xu is a Program Scholar at PhelpsForward, where Nicole participates in a selective financial services industry career development program for first-generation college women. Additionally, Nicole has experience as a Due Diligence Analyst at Women Founders Network, Consultant at Pomona Consulting Group, and Summer Intern at the US Congress. Nicole is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Pomona College.
