Joe DePeder, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance for both FileForms and TaxNow, while also holding the position of Director of Finance at Sagemont Tax since August 2022. In this role, Joe has significantly improved the company's collections processes and oversees accounting records with Quickbooks Online. Previously, Joe owned Audit Ready, LLC, offering audit preparation services, and worked as an Audit Manager at Crowe, supervising annual audits for companies with revenues of $50 million to $2 billion. Joe's foundational experiences include roles such as Senior Staff Accountant and Graduate Assistant at the University of Dayton, where Joe earned a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
