Phil Andrade

Phil Andrade is an experienced sales and banking professional currently serving as the Vice President of Regional Sales for Eastern Canada and Quebec at Sagen since October 2021. Prior to this role, Phil held several leadership positions at prominent financial institutions, including General Manager at CIBC from September 2016 to September 2021 and Financial Security Advisor at RBC Insurance from July 2014 to February 2016. Phil's career in the banking sector began at TD, where a long tenure from June 1998 to December 2012 included roles as Branch Manager and Regional Sales Manager, focusing on service and sales management, customer experience, and insurance sales. Earlier experience also includes a role as Sales Account Manager at HSBC from May 1994 to June 1998.
