Mike Meagher is the Chief Executive Officer of Sagency, LLC, a leadership coaching and executive search firm since December 2011, dedicated to empowering leaders and organizations. Additionally, Mike serves as a member of the Forbes Coaches Council since February 2019. Prior to these roles, Mike held the position of Director of Organizational Development and Business Manager at Lakes Area Vineyard from June 2008 to December 2011, focusing on organizational development, change management, and leadership development. Mike started a career in education as a U.S. Government Teacher at Fargo Public Schools from August 2005 to May 2009. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies Teacher Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
