Franck Mbaya

Franck Mbaya began their work experience as a Produce Associate at Walmart in June 2015, where they remained until May 2017. In January 2019, they joined SageNet as a NOC Tier 1 Technician and later transitioned to the role of Network Analyst Tier 2 in July 2022, with no specified end date.

Franck Mbaya completed their education at Tulsa Community College, where they pursued a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Franck started their academic journey in 2016 and is currently still enrolled at the institution. In addition to their degree, Franck has also obtained two certifications from Cisco. In January 2022, they acquired the Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) and the CCNA certifications.
