Gleziel Balahadia has a range of work experience in various industries. In 2005, they started their career at Sam's Club as a Costumer Service representative, where they worked until 2008. In 2014, they joined Panera Bread as a Catering Coordinator, responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing coaching to the catering team. After three years, they moved on to SageNet in 2017, where they held the position of Data Entry Specialist.

Gleziel Balahadia attended Ponciano Bernardo High School in the Philippines from 1996 to 2000. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2002, they studied Business Management at the University of Manila, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
