Jared Sappington

Jared Sappington has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jared started their career in 2011 in the United States Air Force, where they received technical training and served as a Tactical Radio Frequency Transmission System Technician, responsible for maintaining communication systems for deployed forces.

After leaving the military, Jared joined The Select Group as a Shift Lead Technician and Installation Technician, where they facilitated OS upgrades and ensured the migration of user data and applications. Jared also worked as a Deployment Supervisor, managing computer system installations at various sites.

In 2018, Jared worked at Diversified Systems Resources as a Technical Support Analyst, providing helpdesk support to customers and utilizing the ticketing system to address inquiries.

Since 2019, Jared has been at SageNet, starting as a Test & Turn Up Technician before moving on to become a Digital Signage Tier 1, Tier 2, and currently Tier 3 Analyst. In these roles, they have been responsible for monitoring displays, media players, and networks, as well as addressing customer inquiries through various channels.
