Jim Perkins

Jim Perkins has a diverse work experience in software development. Jim started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Tridom Corp in 1988 and worked there until 1997. Jim then joined GE as a Lead Software Engineer from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, they became the Manager of Software Development at StarBand Inc, where they led a team in developing applications for their high-speed satellite internet service. Jim also worked as the Manager of Software Development at Spacenet from 2003 onwards.

Jim Perkins attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Computer Systems. In 2008, they also completed a CISCO CCNA Networking Course at Southern Polytechnic State University.
