Leslie Schock

Leslie Schock has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Leslie started their career in 1990, working in various positions in the pet, travel, and banking industries. In 2002, Leslie joined TAC Worldwide as a Customer Service Representative before being hired by DecisionOne as a Sr. Customer Service Representative in 2003. At DecisionOne, their responsibilities included dispatching technicians for service calls and assisting with order management.

In 2008, Leslie joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas as a Federal Employee Program Claims Processor, where they processed claims and communicated with providers to gather necessary information. Leslie later worked for Insight Global in 2010 as an Order Manager, providing support to Verizon Business in ordering and delivering data circuits.

From 2011 to 2015, Leslie worked at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as an Order Manager. In this role, they managed and drove projects for Fortune 500 and larger companies, coordinating with various groups to ensure timely completion of milestones and providing regular updates to clients.

Leslie Schock has a diverse educational background. Leslie obtained their Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 2009 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended De Anza College and completed a Certificate of Completion in Bookkeeping in 1999. Leslie also pursued their interest in Psychology at De Anza College from 1988 to 1990. Leslie laid the foundation of their academic journey by completing their high school education at Homestead High School from 1983 to 1987, acquiring a High School diploma with a focus on General Education.
