Michael Boshears

Michael Boshears has over 15 years of experience in various leadership positions. From 2006 to 2020, they served as the President of Advent Medical Technologies, Inc., where they oversaw corporate operations, sales & marketing, and product R&D/manufacturing for disposable medical device products. Michael successfully launched the PHONERIS INNER CANNULA & PHONERIS AEROFLEX disposable inner cannula system throughout the US. Additionally, they handled all supply chain management, including oversight of manufacturing operations in Tijuana, Mexico, import customs logistics, sterilization process management, and warehouse fulfillment.
