Kathryn Keeton

Kathryn Keeton's work experience began with Harris Teeter in 2008, where they worked as a Market Research Analyst for three years before transitioning to the role of Real Estate Research Analyst. In 2013, they joined Retail Solutions Inc. as a Retail Development Consultant, eventually moving up to become the Regional Channel Director and then the National Retail Account Director. In 2018, Keeton joined Roostify as an Enterprise Client Success manager before being promoted to Senior Strategic Account Manager and then Director of Strategic Accounts. Most recently, they joined Sagent in 2021 as the Director of Client Strategy before being promoted to their current role as Senior Director of Customer Engagement and Customer Success Operations.

Kathryn Keeton completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Communication, and Sociology at Queens University of Charlotte from 2004 to 2008.
