Kara Hoehn, SHRM-CP

Kara Hoehn, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources and management roles.

From June 2022 onwards, they have been serving as a Human Resources Director at Sagent Pharmaceuticals, a specialty injectables company. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company from June 2020 to June 2022. At SAGENT Pharmaceuticals, they contributed to their customer-centric approach and responsive business model.

From October 2016 to June 2020, Kara worked as the Manager of Human Resources and Recruiting at Life Spine, an innovative medical device manufacturer. In this role, they played a key role in the development, production, and marketing of specialized medical devices for orthopaedic and neurosurgery communities.

Before that, from June 2008 to October 2016, they served as an Account Manager at Aerotek, a staffing agency. Kara showcased their strong client management skills during their time in this role.

Lastly, from June 2007 to June 2008, they held the position of National Programs Director at Chapter Communications, where they successfully managed various national programs.

Kara Hoehn, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Fremd High School from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kara Hoehn has obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2020. Kara also received The Human Resources Hero certification from LinkedIn in May 2020.
