Susan Heinzeroth

Susan K. E. Heinzeroth is a distinguished Principal and Lead Strategist at SageRiver Consulting, where since 1997, strategic consultancy work has focused on aiding Fortune 1000 companies, state agencies, higher education institutions, and national nonprofit organizations in achieving organizational change and effectiveness. With extensive financial services knowledge encompassing Fortune 500 retirement solutions, insurance, global payment processing, and banking, Susan has consulted for over 100 clients. In addition to consulting, Susan serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at various universities, having taught over 4,000 students and earned the Marinus Smith Award for Teaching Excellence. Previous executive experience includes a role as Director of Administration & Innovation at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing. Susan's earlier career includes pivotal roles at Cornerstone Consulting Group, contributing to significant revenue growth and organizational development.
