Neil Williams

Neil Williams, ICP-ENT, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as AVP of Talent Management at SageSure since January 2023, while also fulfilling roles as a Board Member for the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA and an Advisory Member for GTM Venture Studio. With a diverse background, Neil has held significant positions in various companies, including Head of Org Effectiveness & HR Business Partner at Root Inc., Vice President of People & Culture at HealthAxis Group, and Head of HR & HR Business Partner at AVI-SPL. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree from the University of Florida, a B.A. in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University, and a Master of Business Administration also from Saint Leo University. Neil's extensive experience in human resources and talent management has been instrumental in organizational effectiveness and future work strategies.
