Sahil Khanna

Sahil Khanna is the Co-Founder of Sagetap, a software development company. Sahil has over ten years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on product marketing and business value analysis.

Sahil started their career at Pivotal Software, Inc. in January 2014 as a Product Marketing Manager. Sahil was with the company for just under a year before moving on to Alpine Data, where they served as the Head of Product Marketing from January 2015 to December 2015.

In April 2015, Sahil joined Moogsoft as the Business Value Architect. In this role, they built and led the Business Value Analysis and Business Value Realization practices for Moogsoft. Sahil focused on $1M ARR+ enterprise opportunities and worked with customers to map their current workflow and business metrics related to DevOps/Observability/Incident Management; identify core opportunities for optimization through AIOps; align & prioritize those opportunities to corporate objectives; build the unique business case & quantify ROI opportunity from Moogsoft AIOps solution; and illustrate a path forward through implementation, integrations, and user-adoption. Sahil left Moogsoft in November 2018 to pursue their current venture, Sagetap.

Sahil Khanna completed a Bachelor of Science at UC Santa Barbara in Behavioral Neuroscience/Biological Psychology & Technology Management. Sahil also undertook weekend study in percussion - tabla at Ali Akbar College of Music. Sahil Khanna has a Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate from UC Santa Barbara Technology Management Program.
