Tara Egan

Tara Egan, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SageView Advisory Group since April 2022. Previously, Tara was a member of Chief, an organization aimed at empowering women executives, from October 2022 to September 2023. Tara's extensive experience in human resources includes key roles at Goldman Sachs as Vice President of Human Capital Management following its acquisition of United Capital, where Tara also served as Senior Vice President and Head of People & Organization. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Advancial Federal Credit Union, Betafence USA, Sherwin Williams, Ralcorp Holdings, and ReGen Technologies. Tara holds an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Missouri State University.
