Gesuina Setzu

Gesuina Setzu has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gesuina is currently working as the Associate Director of Operations at Sagility since July 2023. Prior to this, Gesuina was the Business Owner of Tesori, LLC from May 2019. Gesuina also served as the Site Director of Operations at Avantive Solutions from November 2022 to July 2023. In their previous roles, Gesuina worked in Marketing and Outreach at HCA Central West Texas (St. David's HealthCare and Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare) from 2017 to 2019. Gesuina also worked at ADP as the Director of Client Services from 2015 to 2017 and Operations in Wage Garnishment Solutions Center from 2011 to 2015. Before that, Gesuina held the position of VP Business Development and Marketing at B-Connect from 2010 to 2011. Gesuina started their career as the Call Center Director at Telerx from 2002 to 2008 and as the Operations and Quality Manager at GC Services Limited Partnership from 1997 to 2002.

Gesuina Setzu obtained a BBA degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at El Paso, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Gesuina also holds additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, COPC Certification from COPC Inc., and Leadership 2000 Facilitator from ACHIEVE GLOBAL LIMITED.
