Hema J has over 20 years of experience in various Human Resources roles. Hema currently works as an Associate Vice President at Sagility, where they oversee global human resources. Prior to this, they held positions at HGS, LinkedIn, Brillio, Future Focus Infotech Private Limited, Collabera Solutions, Infosys Technologies Ltd, and Verifone India Ltd. Their roles included general management of global M&A, consultant for global M&A, entrepreneurship and co-partnership, heading HR operations, senior manager in HR, and executive and assistant roles in HR. Their work experience spans across different industries and has provided their with a diverse skill set.

Hema J completed their education with a PGDHRM degree in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune, during 2007-2010. Hema also holds a BCom degree in Commerce, Accountancy, etc. from Bangalore University, during 2000-2003. Additionally, they obtained a Diploman degree in Commercial Practice from the Board of Technical Education - Ghousia Polytechnic for Women, during 1993-1997.
