Mariel Hope Escrupolo

Mariel Hope Escrupolo is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with over 21 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Sagility since April 2019, Mariel has also held the position of Director of Operations within the same company. Prior to this, Mariel spent nearly 17 years at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, progressing through various roles including Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Shift Manager, all focused on clinical operations and healthcare insurance. Mariel began their career as a Team Lead and Customer Service Representative, demonstrating a strong foundation in compliance and productivity assessment. Mariel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from Miriam College, completed in 2002.
