Cody Lombardi

Cody Lombardi, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Director and Controller at Sagimet Biosciences since September 2024. Previously, Cody held the position of Corporate Controller at Aerami Therapeutics, Inc. from November 2023 to August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Controller and Senior Manager of Accounting & External Reporting at Provention Bio, Inc., followed by time at EY as Assurance Senior & Staff. Cody began the professional journey with various roles at EY and KPMG US, including internships in assurance and accounting. Cody earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Rutgers Business School in 2015.
