Karel Antonio

Karel Antonio, CPA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Starting in 1988, they worked as a Senior Auditor at SGV & Co. Following that, they joined Hanlin and Merritt, CPAs as a Tax and Audit Staff from 1992 to 1993. In 1994, they became the Accounting Manager for the Mobile Services Division at Globe Telecom, Inc. From 1995 to 1998, they served as the Accounting Manager at Kiewit/Holt Philippines, L.P., followed by a role as the Accounting Manager/Plant Controller at Read Rite Philippines, Inc. until 2002. Karel then transitioned to ON Semiconductor Philippines, Inc. as the Cost Acctg. and Financial Planning Manager in 2003 and later became the Finance Manager at Transitions Optical Philippines, Inc. in 2004. In 2006, they worked as Manager - General Ledger at Previsor Inc. Currently, they hold positions at Sago as the Director of Accounting since 2012 and as the Vice President Finance starting in September 2022.

Karel Antonio, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting from the University of the East, where they studied between 1984 and 1988.
